Anchor Lane And Friends From Release ‘Whiskey In The Jar’ Video

Anchor Lane And Friends From ‘Whiskey In The Jar’ Over the past few weeks Anchor Lane have come together with  Darkhaus vocalist Ken Hanlon, Darkness Divine vocalist Bones, Raven Eye drummer Adam Breeze, Revival Black guitarist Alan Rimmer, SKAM vocalist Steve Hill & Wayward Sons guitarist Sam Wood to record a special cover of Thin Lizzy’s classic version of ‘Whiskey In The Jar’.

The project was fully recorded and produced during the coronavirus pandemic lockdown in the UK. The collaboration highlights the importance of musicians coming together to create valuable content for music fans to enjoy at a time where live music isn’t possible. However with many venues at risk of being permanently closed down, the opportunities for artists and audiences to connect once again will simply disappear in a lot of cases.
Shining a spotlight the Music Venue Trust ‘Save Our Venues National Campaign’ which has been set up to help grassroots music venues across the UK survive the unprecedented threat to their existence as a result of current ‘lockdown’ and social distancing policies. #SaveOurVenues Donations to the Music Venue Trust ‘Save Our Venues National Campaign’ can be made via their crowd funding on: https://www.crowdfunder.co.uk/save-our-venues-national-campaign
