Anchor Lane Release ‘Casino Bonus Tracks’ Online

Scottish rock front-runners Anchor Lane release three new bonus tracks to celebrate the first anniversary of their chart topping debut album ‘Casino’ via R7 Records on Friday 5th February 2021.

Casino was released on 31st January 2020 with tremendous reception from rock audiences and headed straight in to the top 10 of the Official UK Rock & Metal Albums Chart. Speaking about the new tracks, the band said “We cannot believe we released “Casino” a year ago! We wanted to release these tracks as we are extremely proud of them and they deserve to be heard”.

The tracks include new offerings in the form of ‘Found Out’ and ‘Cruel World’ with a live studio version of fan favourite ‘Finished For Twelve’. Speaking of Finished For Twelve the band added; “When we were recording the album “CASINO” we felt like we needed to pay our final respects to our first EP “New Beginning”. We strapped on our instruments, hit play and went for it”.

The tracks were recorded at Vale Studios in the West-Midlands and produced by highly respected rock musician and Planet Rock Radio presenter Toby Jepson at the same time as the recording the Casino album.

‘Found Out’, ‘Cruel World’ & ‘Finished For Twelve (Live)’ will be available to stream & download via all major digital music platforms including; Spotify, Apple Music, iTunes, Deezer, Youtube Music and Amazon Music.

Anchor Lane have been announced as special guests to Ricky Warwick & The Fighting Hearts on the LA band’s first tour across the UK in May 2021! Along with The Virginmary’s, Anchor Lane will appear on 9 of the band’s tour dates across the UK mainland (dates below).

Striking up a relationship whilst writing two tracks on Anchor Lane’s debut album ‘Casino’ (released in 2020), the band are delighted to be on joining forces with rock legend Ricky Warwick once again after an incredibly tough year for the live music during the Coronavirus Pandemic.

Anchor Lane Announced for Re-scheduled Planet RockStock 2021

Planet Rockstock 2020 Update:

Planet Rock’s annual event, Planet Rockstock which is held in Trecco Bay has been moved to 2021 due to the current situation of Covid 19.

We had hoped that we would be able to go ahead with this year’s sell out event when it was first announced back in April, however it is not possible.  With the health and safety of all involved of paramount importance, from the audience, bands, crew, staff and the legal restrictions on capacity, it is not possible for us to put on the event safely and to a level which would be expected by all.

The new dates for Rockstock 2021 are the 3 – 5th Dec 2021. With tours and schedules working a long way in advance, we are pleased to announce that most of the line-up has remained unchanged.

Your current booking will still be valid for next year at the same level (i.e. Gold, Silver & Bronze) and for the same number of people.  If you require a refund, then please do so by the 9th November 2020 to make your claim.

We have a few more bands to be announced, which we will do over the coming months.
